Lift-towing system "Dragon-30" is designed for towing as entertainment over the water (behind a boat or water bike) and over land (towing by hand or using a special windlass to provide the desired load on the tow rope).
The device provides automatic follow up system for towing without the intervention of the passenger.
Lifting-towing system "Dragon 30" may be used for primary management training parachute system type "wing" and the development of skills approaches on limited grounds without using aircraft.

Aerodynamic design of the canopy is made on a "biplane" scheme, which provides an easy rising of the canopy, reliable start high load carrying characteristics and stability when towing. "Dragon 30" provides towing a passenger on two speed modes, which allows you to make ascents in calm conditions, and in a sufficiently strong wind. When loosening the load the load on the tow rope the lines are tighten and aerodynamic resistance of the Towing system automatically rises. Unique features of the Dragon-30 under appropriate weather conditions and the necessary skills to land towing commands allow inexperienced passengers ashore. Experienced passengers, unhook from the tow rope can make a flight on the dragon as a conventional gliding parachute with a soft landing on the shore.
